DOJO Creative is pleased to announce we’ve been selected to represent College Football Hall of Famer and University of Notre Dame football legend Chris Zorich for regional appearances, speaking engagements and brand partnerships.
Zorich, a defensive standout on the University of Notre Dame’s 1988 national championship football team and later a Pro Bowl-caliber lineman for the Chicago Bears, will work with DOJO Creative to expand his presence across northern Indiana, Chicagoland and beyond. Our agency will coordinate motivational speaking engagements, emcee roles, product endorsements, celebrity sports outings and more.

A Story of Resilience & Commitment to Community

Raised by a single mother on Chicago’s South Side, Zorich earned a scholarship to the University of Notre Dame under legendary coach Lou Holtz and quickly became one of the emotional anchors of the program’s resurgence. His hard-nose style of play and visible passion for the game helped fuel Notre Dame’s ascent to the 1988 national title.
During his Notre Dame career, Zorich was a team captain, two-time All-American and CBS/Chevrolet Defensive Player of the Year. He has been named to multiple all-time and all-century teams and was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2007.
Drafted by Hall of Fame coach Mike Ditka and the Chicago Bears, Zorich became a fixture on the Bears’ defensive front, regularly posting 100-plus tackles a season and earning recognition on the “All-Madden Team” as well as selection as an alternate to the Pro Bowl. His commitment to the community off the field helped earn him the Alan Page Community Award.
In honor of his late mother, Zora, Zorich established The Christopher Zorich Foundation, which provided support and services to more than 150,000 individuals over 15 years. He also created scholarships at Notre Dame and Lewis University, underscoring a lifelong commitment to opening doors for others through education.
After retiring from the NFL, Zorich returned to the University of Notre Dame to earn his law degree and went on to serve in athletic administration and on numerous civic and cultural boards. He is currently a partner at Randall Partners, LLC, a national executive search firm, where he leads Human Resources and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion practice areas.
A nationally known motivational speaker and media personality, Zorich has been featured on “The Oprah Winfrey Show,” “Good Morning America” and other national outlets. He has worked with major brands including Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, United Airlines, Verizon, State Farm and others, speaking on leadership, culture, perseverance and team performance.
“I’ve been blessed with opportunities on the field, in the classroom and in the community, and I’m excited to share those lessons with people right here in this region,” Zorich said. “Notre Dame and the Midwest are home for me.
