How Our Service Contract Rollover Works

Our flexible rollover system ensures that if you don’t use your hours in one month, they won’t go to waste. Here’s how it works:

  • Unused hours from your contract can roll over to the following month, allowing you to accumulate additional support time when you need it. For example, if you’re on a 3-hour monthly contract and don’t use your January hours, those hours will roll over to February, giving you 6 hours in total for that month.
  • While some rollover is allowed, we limit it to prevent last-minute, high-deman situations. If hours remain unused for two consecutive months, they will be forfeited. In the example above, if you don’t use any hours in February either, February’s hours will roll over to March, but January’s hours will be forfeited, giving you 6 hours again in March.
